Dmitry is the President and CEO of Critical Process Systems Group, where he has overall managerial responsibility for the operation, growth and welfare of CPS Group and all its subsidiaries.
Dmitry has decades of experience in technology-based B2B environments in the electronics and biomedical fields, including technical expertise in materials, chemicals and metals. He has extensive experience with semiconductors, FPD, PV, LED, 3D Printing and medical devices.
Originally trained in physics and materials science, Dmitry started his career with McKinsey and Company, a management consultancy, where he served clients in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries on various growth and strategy topics. Subsequently, Dmitry spent 8 years at Honeywell, involved in business development and leading various businesses of Honeywell Electronic Materials business unit. From 2010, he served as a President and CEO of HC Starck Inc., a world leading supplier of refractory metals to the semiconductor industry. Most recently, Dmitry was a President and CEO of Exogenesis, a nanotechnology startup focused on bringing novel medical devices to market.
Dmitry served on the CPSG Board of Directors between July 2018 and April 2020, when he was named President and CEO. He also serves on the advisory board of the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at Northwestern University and serves on the boards of Neutral Physics Corporation and QuesTek Innovations LLC.
Dmitry holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern University and an MSE in the Physics of Metals and a BS in Physics from the National University of Science and Technology in Moscow, Russia.
Dmitry is married and has 3 children of college and high school age. His home base is in the western suburbs of Boston. In his free time, Dmitry enjoys spending time with his family traveling to new places, hiking and enjoying the outdoors.
